peaceful environment felt safe, and great shopping close by. The staff very friendly and the breakfast selection was awesome!

The rooms were quite comfortable, beds and pillows were very nice, pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

The third floor had a stale smell about it. My mom was in room 339 and the smell was in her room and in the entire third floor hallway. No bacon at breakfast. I love bacon. The sausage had a funky taste.

The breakfast was super; everything you could want. The staff were professional and supportive. The location was most accessible to everything; you can be into or across Tampa in a matter of minutes. The location is superb sitting back in a quiet location with a nice view across the lake; very shady and comfortable.

The luggage racks were very big and bulky; really a tight fit into hallways and rooms. Rooms (King) was very tight, also.

Good location. Desk clerk at check-in was Super. Sent me text message to reply to if needed anything. If no answer in 3 min, test forwarded to GM. Had ice cream for guests at 8 pm. Great breakfast also. Room was comfortable. Great place to stop

Staff was very friendly

It was very dusty, house keeping did a horrible job, they lack training and supervision. They just made the bed and changed towels, the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in months... VERY dusty room.

The staff was accommodating with our request for a quiet corner.

I like that my check in and out process was smooth and easy. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was very bad and not very much to choose from like other Holiday Inn Express I have visited in the past.

My room did not get clean i had to come back to the room after been out all day at the sandy beach room not clean

Clean room, comfy bed, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast could be better.

The rejuvenated room brought comfort, while the surrounding lake offered a serene escape. A satisfying experience.

A very pleasant environment, with easy access from I75. Good facilities.Breakfast indoors, or on the patio overlooking the lake. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were delightful and most helpful.

Quiet hotel with a nice breakfast buffet.

I got a call at 11:10 P.M. asking me if I wanted a wake up call in the morning. It WOKE me up and it made me very uneasy for the rest of the night,
